We tailor each clean to your property and ensure it's ready for inspection — no add-ons, no hidden extras.
Do you offer a bond back guarantee?
Yes! We provide a 7-day bond back guarantee. If your property manager raises any cleaning-related issues, we’ll return and fix it — free of charge.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. As long as we can access the property (via key, lockbox or entry code), you don’t need to be there. We’ll take care of everything and keep you updated as needed.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property, but most cleans take between 4 to 9 hours with a team of 2 professional cleaners. We’ll give you an estimated timeframe when you book.
Are your cleaners police checked and insured?
Yes, all our team members are fully insured, police checked, and professionally trained. You can trust us to respect your space and deliver a high-quality, secure service.
Do you provide carpet steam cleaning as well?
Yes, we do! If your end of lease clean includes carpeted areas, carpet steam cleaning will be included in your full quote.
