A very thorough vacuuming is required before any steam cleaning can be performed. This step is essential to remove surface dust, hair, and debris, allowing the steam cleaning to be effective. You’re welcome to do the vacuuming yourself before we arrive, or we can include it in your service for an additional $65 + GST. Just let us know your preference when booking.
